Items are posted from Maclean, NSW within 3 business days of purchase.
You will be notified by email (if supplied) when your item is posted with the tracking number.
Upon entering the custody of Australia Post, our shipping provider, we no longer have custody of the product and it is deemed to be fulfilled. If you have not received your item/s within 2 weeks please contact us. If you have not received your items within 2 weeks of us fulfilling and lodging the items with Australia Post we will provide you with any required information to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Australian Medicinal Herbs post to certain international countries. Australian Medicinal Herbs is not liable for any import taxes or duties collected by the purchasers respective country. The purchaser will be required to pay for these (if required) upon collection of the parcel/purchase.
Should the purchaser not collect the parcel/purchase within the allocated timeframe and it is returned to Australian Medicinal Herbs and the purchaser would like the item reposted the purchaser will be required to pay the full cost of additional shipping. Additionally, an admin fee of $15AUD for administration and handling will be required.
If the parcel is not collected by the purchaser in their country and is returned to Australian Medicinal Herbs we will contact the purchaser by the contact details provided by the purchaser. If the purchaser has not given instruction within fourteen (14) days of initial contact by Australian Medicinal Herbs the item will be deemed as abandoned.
