How much tincture do I use?
Use 1ml daily.

How do I use a tincture?
Simply put the recommended amount under your tongue or in a glass of water or juice.

Do I choose alcohol based or Glycerine based?
Glycerine based is a sweet, sugar like solvent that is better for children, those that have a religious or health aversion to alcohol, or those that do not like the taste of alcohol based tinctures.

Alcohol based tinctures have a virtually indestructible lifespan and you will be able to use it for years to come.

Will Lemon Balm tincture help me sleep?
Lemon balm tincture is caffeine free and acts as a relaxant, meaning it’ll help settle your nerves. It has mild sedative actions and may help to put you to sleep.

Is Lemon Balm the herb for me
Lemon Balm tea is not suitable for you if you suffer from low blood pressure or thyroid hormone imbalance, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
