150g Organic Australian Grown passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Tea.

Take a moment for yourself and embrace the calming power of Passionflower tea. Crafted to soothe your mind and body, this tea is your perfect companion for relaxation, better sleep, and overall well-being.

How it helps:

  • Relaxation & Stress Relief: Calm nervous tension and promote deep relaxation.
  • Improved Sleep: Enhance sleep quality and duration.
  • Anxiety & Nervousness: Reduce feelings of anxiety and unease.
  • Calming Digestive Issues: Soothe irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and digestive discomfort.

How it Works:
Passionflower tea is an accumulative herb, gently increasing GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) levels in your body. GABA is responsible for regulating sleep, relaxation, and calmness. With regular consumption, Passionflower tea:

  • Enhances GABA production: Promoting relaxation and reducing anxiety.
  • Regulates sleep patterns: Improving sleep quality and duration.
  • Calms the nervous system: Reduces stress and nervous tension.

Unlike Sleeping Tablets:
Passionflower tea doesn’t work like a sleeping tablet, and it won’t leave you feeling groggy or disoriented upon waking. Instead:

  • Natural & Gentle: Promotes relaxation without sedation.
  • Non-habit forming: Safe for long-term use without risk of dependence.
  • No Morning Fog: Wake up feeling refreshed and revitalised.
