I have been using this product for a short while now and have benefitted greatly from it. I sleep much deeper, am not as restless during the night and wake feeling refreshed. I therefore have more energy and in a better mood during the day.

How much Passionflower Tincture can I have?
Adults can take - up to - two mls daily, but it is best to start with a smaller amount of 1ml and only have the higher dose if required.
One ml per day every day should show you a noticeable difference in your mood and nervous system regulation within about two weeks.
How do I use a tincture?
Simply put the recommended amount under your tongue or in a glass of water or juice.
Will Passionflower tincture help me sleep?
