I do feel that it does help in some way to benefit me with my COPD when I use it a few times during each day and before I sleep at night.

This is by far the best mullein, if not the only Organic mullein you can get in Australia. I’ve tried the other crap from chemist warehouse, and will be buying more from Australian Medicinal Herbs soon!
Tulsi products kept coming into my life and I loved a tulsi tea but when I started using the Tulsi Tincture, I could feel it working as soon as I took some. Even better it is giving me 7 or 8 hours sleep most nights and so I feel energised and more balanced. I really love this tincture.
