I’ve had a chronic cough for a few years that would improve a bit and come back, never disappear.
I started taking Mullein Tincture and within two weeks the mucus seemed to liquify and the cough started to improve.
Unfortunately I got a bad chest infection while on holidays and coughed like crazy for three weeks. I kept taking Mullein and now, a few weeks later everything has settled down and I barely cough. As someone who has asthma and mild COPD, even a simple sniffle or head cold often ends up affecting my lungs. In the past, that has usually meant chest infections, a course of prednisolone, and feeling quite unwell.

Mullein Tincture is a definite winner for clearing hard to clear mucus. I am generally a sceptic of natural therapies but that has changed. I started taking the mullein tincture from Australian Medicinal Herbs after having a head cold which continued with post nasal drip. After taking it for a few days the cough cleared. I am also a long term smoker and have found mullein tincture has huge benefits for smokers as well. Great product made by a great Australian company using Australian grown plants. I have just started the tincture but I can feel it working. I suffer with COPD and have had since I was 45. It really is starting to move what we need moved to breath properly. Nothing scarier in the whole world than not being able to breathe 🧘
