I've been using this a few weeks - have had a cough for years and was worse when I had an illness which resulted in my lungs filling with fluid a few years ago. It worked surprisingly right from the first application. Summer will test it properly for me as I suffer with sinuses in our high humidity. I found the taste pleasant under the tongue.
