Returns and Refund Policy
Defective or Faulty Products
Australian Medicinal Herbs is committed to product quality. Where a product is deemed defective, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
To initiate a claim, customers must:
- Notify us within a reasonable timeframe (7 days ) of receiving the product
- Provide clear video evidence demonstrating the defect
This requirement forms part of our quality assurance process.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (including taste or formulation type)
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
Incorrect Orders
Australian Medicinal Herbs is not responsible for errors made by customers during the ordering process, including:
- Selection of incorrect product variants
- Ordering unintended quantities
As such, refunds or exchanges will not be provided in these circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable except where a product has been confirmed as defective.
