I would recommend this to anyone. It worked for me after about 3 days. I had a chronic cough and coughing fits which i have had for about 2 years and now it has improved so much. Very impressed. Also the constant clearing of the throat has almost stopped. This will continue to be part of my daily routine.

My husband is a farmer and has IPF and his cough is exhausting for him as he coughs constantly, its very difficult & frustrating in social situations and can't talk for long on the phone. I am always looking for ways to help him so bought a small bottle of this with high hopes. Can honestly say this is the only things that has made a difference. Within 24 hrs I noticed he was not really coughing and could talk on the phone easily. After a few weeks he is still loathe to admit its working as he doesnt want to get his hopes up that it helps but it is. The difference is huge. He now has a bad flu and is coughing from that but he is still taking the tincture and it will be interesting to see how he recovers. I'm stoked for him and highly recommend this product. Good product and service
The glycerine is easier to take rather than the alcohol based but both to a good job.
I have been using this product for 2 months. Omg it works so well.. no more post nasal drip no more stuff in throat. As a singer this has been a game changer! I pop 4 mls under my tongue every night , wake up clear everyday.
