Mullein leaf tea and tincture

I have used these two products daily for a couple of years now. I am 71 years old and have had bronchiectasis, first diagnosed in 2012.
I consider the benefits of mullein leaf essential to my maintaining the best health I can.

I found relief and change from have my to clear my throat before speaking, the clearing happened so subtly and soon after only one cup of tea. I also find the tea easy to drink, a nice flavour (like green tea) Id recommend Mullein tea as a have Guly beneficial drink or even smoking it certainly works for the respiratory system. Certainly will be getting more

The mullein tea that I purchased was wonderful! I had been sick for weeks and felt like someone was sitting on my chest constantly, I got a few hours relief after one cup. Breathing better with Muellin tea.

When you have COPD ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) you can experience severe congestion making it very difficult to breath. A cup of Muellin tea at night and first thing in the morning helps to clear congestion. Adding Manuka honey to the tea also helps as the honey acts as an anti inflammatory. Where I want a strong Muellin tea brew I let it infuse for 15 minutes and add 2 drops of the tincture.
I have recently had a thyroidectomy and found the Muellin tea really helped to remove the after effects of the anaesthetic plus it reduced the inflammation in the throat. The Ladies at AMH have always been very helpful.

Amazing tea

I absolutely love this Mullein Respiratory tea.
I have had sinusitis & allergies and was looking for a product that would help with the cough associated with it, I have to say this tea has really helped get rid of congestion. It’s also a pleasant tasting tea.I will definitely be ordering more soon.

What are the benefits of drinking Mullein tea?

Mullein is an expectorant meaning it can help your body remove (usually by loosening and coughing up) excess mucus and phlegm sitting in your chest or throat. Mullein is also a demulcent meaning it displays anti-inflammatory qualities which can soothe your respiratory system.

Mullein Tea isn’t suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Mullein is not suitable for people with liver disease such as hepatitis or jaundice. Please consult with your doctor before use if you’re taking other medications (especially anticoagulants) or have significant health issues. Mullein may interact with other medications.

You can have up to 3 to 4 cups of mullein tea to get you through the day (thank us later).

How does Mullein tea help my lungs?
