I would recommend this to anyone. It worked for me after about 3 days. I had a chronic cough and coughing fits which i have had for about 2 years and now it has improved so much. Very impressed. My husband is a farmer and has IPF and his cough is exhausting for him as he coughs constantly, its very difficult & frustrating in social situations and can't talk for long on the phone. I am always looking for ways to help him so bought a small bottle of this with high hopes. Can honestly say this is the only things that has made a difference. Within 24 hrs I noticed he was not really coughing and could talk on the phone easily. After a few weeks he is still loathe to admit its working as he doesnt want to get his hopes up that it helps but it is. The difference is huge.
