How much Mullein tincture do I take daily??
We think you start smaller and work your way up if necessary most adults only need 1ml daily. If you have acute respiratory distress and feel that you require a higher dose, you can safely have - up to - 4mls daily.

When do I take the tincture?
Using Mullein tincture 30 minutes before a hot shower will really help it to expel any stubborn mucous from your airways.

That said; if you are using it to just to help open the airways without having excess mucous, it can be used at any time you feel it is required.

How does Mullein tincture help my lungs?

How do I use a tincture?
Simply put the recommended amount under your tongue or in a glass of water or juice.

Do I choose alcohol based or Glycerine based?
Glycerine based is a sweet, sugar like solvent that is better for children, those that have a religious or health aversion to alcohol, or those that do not like the taste of alcohol based tinctures.

Alcohol based tinctures have a virtually indestructible lifespan and you will be able to use it for years to come.

Does using Mullein have side effects?
There aren’t any potential risks to humans documented. A few reactions (skin irritation and issues with not straining your tea properly) have occurred but aren’t fatal.
